Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use Available. One account per person; your account is for you, not for impersonating anyone else.
Your content
You're responsible for what you publish. Declare only your own status; relationship confirmations require the other person's consent. Deliberately false statuses, impersonation and harassment are grounds for removal.
Prohibited use
No scraping, bulk harvesting, automated enumeration, stalking, doxxing, or use of Available data to harm, monitor or locate a person. We rate-limit, detect and ban this behavior.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or endanger others, with an appeal path through support.
